I have a Samsung s8 and since past few days I noticed that my phone just auto restarts when I am listening to music. not sure whats wrong, any suggestions?
HI @smartkid, to help us troubleshoot automaic reboots, could you please submit a device error log when your phone automatically reboots again? From the Samsung Members application, tap the “Feedback” icon. Tap the Pen icon and then submit an “Error report”. Meanwhile, please contact your local Samsung Service Center (http://www.samsung.com/ca/support/servicelocation/) in case of this being a hardware issue. Thanks!
