samsung pay update deleted membership cards

After the last update on the Samsung Pay app, all my membership cards disappeared.

Is there a way to recover them?

Not to sure why this happened as mine was ok after the update.... If your cards have been deleted there isn't a way you can retrieve them that I know of... your just going to have to re add them

The issue is that I threw long ago some of the cards, as I never thought I would need them again.

Rule one : never throw out the hard copy of anything.

Rule two: never put all your faith into technology, cuz it does fail.

Do you have the cards set up online? This way you could request for new replacement card if so.

Definitely not a good idea to throw your cards out as you can never know just what happens

after update, i cannot use the app anymore, when open, it always says there is a new update version available, but when i press it, it always gives an error, now i have to install back the old version

same with me, I installed the old version and just use that and just not updating for now

What version are you trying to update from?

Did you try to update the app via Galaxy Apps store?

i update from 3.7.75 to 3.9.51, i try both playstore and samsung store, both have the same error message, they keep on telling me to update

Which device do you have? Is it Canadian?

3.7.75 is not a version of Samsung pay that was released in Canada.

Canada has 3.7.70 which should update to 3.9.51.
