settings has stopped working

My settings stop working every few minutes I will get a pop up. I haven't changed any settings lately, all I've done is download a new app on my phone. Nothing else. I've cleared the cache and I force stop the app and a little while later I will get the same pop up again. What do I do?

Turn off your phone, boot into recovery and wipe system cache, then boot back into your phone. See if that fixes it.

If you have an S9, that may be due to a bug where you have two Night Mode toggles with one being buggy. Remove the buggy one and it should be fine.

thank you! I didn't realize i had two night modes in my drop down bar. i hope that fixed it! 👌🏻

How do I know which one is buggy?

Tap on them. One does nothing, one works.
