Its probably something so simple, but how do I change the font to bold lettering in a text? (Like we can here)

You need RCS or MMS for this. SMS doesn't support bold text. MMS only has limited support for bold text.

I have RCS turned on and I don't see this option either.

I do see it on my keyboard when I'm in the Samsung Members App actually.
