sound not working

So my S7 will play sound on various videos and music then will suddenly cut out. The only way it sometimes fixes it is if I reset the phone. Also I can play music or a video for a few seconds then the sound goes away. Happens 90 per cent of the time. Any suggestions?

Best to contact Samsung customer service if you are still in warranty period.

Try to factory reset it and see if that works.

Hey @marshall , to help us troubleshoot, could you please submit a device error log when this happens again? From the Samsung Members application, tap the “Feedback” icon. Tap the Pen icon and then submit an “Error report”. Thanks!

And now the headphone plug in doesn't work, the sound doesn't work, the front buttons don't work, the turn of button doesn't work either. I want to fix my phone without my parents knowing. Plz is their a way I can get my phone fixed
