If you don't fix this next year I will move on on to iPhone. You can't abandoned you're flagships in two years...😡 rethink of it #Samsung rethink of it...😔

this is definitely cause of grief for most Samsung users. their policy has always been updates for 2 years. alternatively, you can always go for mods out there.

yes I'm also very mad at this decision. I sincerely want to get out of Samsung ecosystem. oneplus is my next best alternative

typically it is only 2 years of update period for android smartphone, they only give 2 generations of new android version
