Because S20 already have One UI 2.1 and Note 10 not and this is what we'll get on April 13 or 14

it depends on the contents of the update.

The S20 camera has been an absolute mess since launch so the April patch will likely include other tweaks/fixes.

the S10 line is getting one UI 2.1 which they bundled with the April patch likely for simplicity. Be patient.
