On my S7, in camera settings, why can I not turn on the video stabilization setting. As it is, it shows it "shaded" and I can't "switch it, on"

What is the video resolution set to? Video stabilization (EIS) is not supported on QHD and UHD (1440p and 2160p)

How about this. If I take a picture, is there a setting for "anti shake",? like I had on my S4?

the s7 has optical image stabilization and is always on. the lens moves to compensate for the shaking your hands might do. if your photos or videos are blurry, you may have an issue with the focus or OIS. test out the hardware in the diagnostic section of samsung members. if you don't get clear pictures, you may have to bring your device to a service center to examine it
