Considering that Samsung informs owners to let them (the service centres?) remove the screen protectors, plus the fact that the factory fitted screen protectors are not exactly very durable (it scratches really easily just with regular use, speaking from my own experience with my Note 10+), do we have the option to bring our Z Fold2 to the service centre to replace the screen protectors? And if so, how much would it cost?
Is the screen replacement in the first year applicable only if the screen is cracked? Or some other defects/damages can also be included? This is taking into consideration that the Z Fold2 main screen is still an unknown factor and I don't really know how well the UTG will hold up.
Hope someone from Samsung Malaysia is able to clarify these points.
