Game Optimizing Service is installed but i cant open it?

Hi so i have game optimising service installed on my device (Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 with s pen) but i cant seem to open it at all. I tried going to the galaxy store to open it but the button is greyed out. Can anyone help? I really need this app for recording internal audio..

Game optimizing service can't open bcz part of sistem engine for optimize phone when u running a game (use small RAM for running on the background)🙂

If u want record audio + video when playing game, use game tools (game booster) u can open them use external memory👈

 

If u want record internal audio, u can download 3rd party apps on Google Play Store, for detail can read:
