Why do premium flagships only get 2 years of software upgrades? Even if it counts as 3 years for security updates, why don't we flagship buyers get more than 2 years of software upgrades??? I might understand if it's 2 years for mid grade like A series or other budget phones, but why do flagships like the S-series and Note-series not get more than 2 years? We are paying over $1000 for an excellent and amazing quality phone, but we also want the most we can for that phone. I want to get Android 10 on my Note8. So my #1 Question is why Samsung, why???
