this post isnt a question or a review, its about Nick from samsung. if he has helped you currently or in the past, please comment below. share your experience, as a community Nick, we would like to thank you! Members wouldnt be the same with out you. you work really hard an do your best to try an answer a question or fix a problem.. dude. we thank everything you do!. i guess you can say this is a thank you card. so please everyone show Nick from samsung your apperication. 👏

I'm positive Nick read my comments and finally forwarded my complaints to Sansung's marketing department. After waiting for several months and giving up I Recieved an email from a Ms. Shirley C. stating they were sorry and that instead if the Bluetooth speaker I was suppose to receive I'd get the Gear VR instead...3 days later and I got it. Thanks to anyone involved in getting this fiasco resolved! 😁😁😁😁
