I redeemed one of the available coupon in my Samsung Benefit. Unfortunately when I am about to enter the coupon code before check out , I am getting an error that it is invalid or redeemed already although I have'nt used it yet .
So sad . Tskkkk.. Not worth to say ( Thank You )

That happened to me as well before but on another item. Yung sa akin nga nakalagay "You habe already claimed your voucher." Eh ndi ko pa nacclaim nun! :( Sabi ng teller, ang lugar daw kung saan naclaim ay Kalinga. Grabe ang layo nun! Mukhang nagloloko sila. Kaso non hinayaan ko na lang. Ahm, have you tried calling anyone from Samsung?

I talked to them thru chat , they escalated the issue to the other dept . Im waiting for their response thru email too.
