Don’t buy their dryer

Extremely dissatisfied with your dryer! It broke down twice within just 3 years! Seems like you are making your products to last just one year while there is a warranty, after that it all goes down and no support!

we have had our w & d set for three years with no issues. my teenage kids wash monstrous loads in ours. no problems.

I use Samsung's HE Washer and Dryer, and if properly mainted and use proper detergent, they work great.

I have been using mine since I purchased my new house, which was over 3 years ago, still no issues here..
