What is the meaning of sotfware hard backeup? I noticed that there is something malicious happening to my phone when I reconnected to the internet. Please help me what will I do. I think there is someone hacked the wifi internet information, the sad part is I just bought this. :(
have you tried changing the password of your wifi to a much harder one? maybe your phone has a malware in it? try also going to a samsung center maybe they can help you with that
