there is no way on smasung devices to completely disable apps from using data. I have been researching and contacting Samsung forever and they kept telling me background data which isn't the same thing. I also wish for that feature which should already be but there isn't. miss having it on my iPhone and Xiaomi where you can even disable apps from using wifi
