Phone - Galaxy Note 10+
This problem started about 3-4 days ago, when I created a new folder in gallery for my photos. The photos were taken from a DSLR (i dont think it matters). The photos preview show tones of greena and blue but while I click on them to view, they are just fine. Its a issue that's bugging me now.

Note: This problem only persists with 1 particular folder.

Measures I have taken:

1. Cleared data and cache for gallery app.
2. Uninstalled updates for the gallery app and updated it again.
3. Deleted the folder and files in it. Created the folder again with same files.
4. Wiped the cache partition.

CAN ANYONE SUGGEST SOMETHING ELSE TO DO?

Not sure if this help.

- Shutdown your phone
- Press and hold Vol up and power key
- Release keys when in recovery mode
- use Vol up and down to navigate
- Select Wipe Cache Partition
- Use power key to ok
- Click Yes
- Click Reboot system now

Try again if problem still exist.

I also have DSLR files, but don't have your issue.

If you capture a screenshot on Gallery, does the preview shows the problem?

Looks like is not the phone issue. Are they in RAW format?

Hi ThePagalBoy, let say you uninstalled updates for the Gallery app, but don't update it again. Will the original Gallery app give you the same preview problem?

Hi ThePagalBoy, please backup the photos and delete the folder. Create the folder with a different name and check it. If possible, transfer the pics on other device and check if you have the same issue or not.
