Who else have experienced some issue on their Samsung A10 device after upgrade?

it really do happen sometimes. maybe caused by incomplete patch. try to Uninstall, restart the device then reinstall. if did not work hard reset

Using streaming services like Netflix while on the move is a standard these days. Netflix for Android is probably the most used streaming service for smartphones, offering offline content that comes in numbers. However, some A10 users are unable to start Netflix on their device as it results in the black screen.

If you are stuck with this after multiple tries, we encourage you to try and resolve the problem with these steps:

Navigate to Settings > Apps > Netflix and clear cache and data from the app. Reboot your phone and give it another go.Install Netflix APK from, here. Uninstall the current version from your device, navigate to the link and allow installation from the unknown sources. Log in with your credentials and check for improvements.

If nothing improves, it's time for you to do the soft or hard reset on your phone. But beforehand, back up all your files to a SD Card and kindly contact Samsung customer service number for more guidance.
