NU6900 4K low end audio issue

I purchased the 50” version of this tv the other day to replace an older tv that took a dump. Picture is great but the low end of the sound spectrum has an echo or something to it that is making me physically ill. I’ve tried turning down the bass end in the equalizer with no luck. The sound goes away when the tv is muted. This occurs on all channels and all input devices. Do I need to exchange it for a different unit? Anybody else experience this issue? We have the same model in 43” that’s never had this issue. Thanks!

You should talk to the place you bought it and or Samsung directly for warranty on this issue

I’m just going to return it and buy a Sony. Now the thing won’t connect to our WiFi. Done with Samsung’s garbage.

Hey I would try going into the tv menu / audio and make sure it's in the sound mode you like ie: movie, music etc
