I must admit that reporting them to try and get someone's attention doesn't seem to work very well, or at least the reaction time from Samsung is slow....
I know there was a suggestion a few months back that all new members, when they create a post, it has to be approved by a mod or someone such as expert level 5 and this will greatly reduce the spam that goes on in the community. Because anyone can create an account, send spam, we report it, it gets deleted a few weeks later, the user gets deleted, and he just goes and creates a new account and round and round we go.
I strongly suggest all users as Beginner level 1's post should be approved before going public on the forms.
Approval may need other users to spend time reading post and not post right away. How about reputation system? Just like email...Just a suggestion, not sure if it is feasible in forum. 🤔
Noted, we're actively working on a solution for this! If we do end up implementing a sandbox, it'll have to be a long-term goal due to the amount of backend work required...
Not to worry though, we're implementing something else that should improve reporting response times! I'm hoping to have more news for you guys in the next month or two 😊

A little bit of spam doesnt hurt nobody, sure it clears out the clutter, but I dont see what is SOO urgent about this, as you are describing it needs to happen...now.
I think a month or two is quite fair for a large update.
@SnowCat19 - I gather that you missed the last couple of days? I'm quite sure that if you had seen the truly offensive racist comments & usernames + the graphic pornographic images - These things remained on the Samsung Members Canada website for over 24 hours - Then you may change your mind about why it is "SOO urgent"...
