All I have is my laptop. I only play racing games, emulation (Wii U and 3DS) and Cities Skylines on it.

i5-7300HQ
GTX 1050Ti for Laptops (slightly faster than for desktop)
SSD 256GB + SSD 860 Evo 1TB (both SATA III)
16GB DDR4-2400 (Dual Channel)

Yeah but the main highlight is the battery. It outlasts any "gaming" laptop by hours thanks to Optimus

You need more RAM and a better graphics card (at least a 750Ti, if you can get better then get that). The 750Ti isn't that much faster, but it's much more power efficient and thus more OC-able. Of course you can also just buy a much better GPU (Maxwell, Pascal etc)

Your CPU is fine though. You could perhaps consider upgrading to 10th Gen hexacore CPU's on 10nm for a huge performance boost but it's not like your current CPU is slow so that would be only if you have spare money.

I'd cut back on the HDDs a bit. Nearly 5TBs of HDDs... If you have only media, ok. But if you have programs or games one one of those rotating rust drives, I'd consider getting an SSD for a big performance boost. SSD prices are collapsing, lucky you.
