@theonecid - I never noticed that - Maybe it's because Samsung Support Chat needs to find some friends - I spoke with them last week - They couldn't even find the model of my Samsung Notebook.. AFTER I gave them the Model Number & Serial Number - Then they couldn't find my Postal Code.. "genius" 🙄
