Samsung Members notifications

I want to know if when someone replies to one of your post, are you getting a notification badge on the Samsung Members icon?

This morning I got the February update for my Note 9, I did my usual routine, download, install, reboot into recovery and wipe cache and I'm good to go.

Someone replied to one of my post, I got a notification in the status bar and on the icon, but the notification on the icon only happens after I wipe cache, this has been going on for awhile.

I'm not using any 3rd party launcher at the moment, I'm using One UI.

Anyone else experiencing this?

it's funny, because if I boot into recovery and wipe cache, then it will work once and that's it
