Samsung launches the Galaxy Wide 4 and Galaxy Jean 2 in South Korea

Samsung has launched the Galaxy Wide 4 and Galaxy Jean 2 smartphones in South Korea. The devices are re-branded Galaxy A20 and A20e, both of which have already released in several markets around the world. The Galaxy Jean 2, aka Galaxy A20e, is priced at 253,000 won (~$214) in Samsung’s home country. Samsung is yet to reveal the price of the Galaxy Wide 4 in its domestic market.

Samsung teams up with Hatch for 5G game streaming in the US

Samsung has announced a new partnership with the 5G game streaming service Hatch. The company has launched the Hatch for Samsung app for the Galaxy S10 5G. The app is available in the Game Launcher, and comes with  one month’s worth of Hatch Premium for free. It enables the owners of Samsung’s first 5G phone to play popular games like Hitman GO, Monument Valley, and Angry Birds instantly over streaming. The promotion, however, is currently available to the Galaxy S10 5G owners in the United States only.

Galaxy Home to be launched in Q3 2019, says Samsung CEO

Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Home alongside the Galaxy Note 9 last year. It has been a long wait for this Bixby-powered smart speaker. In February this year, Samsung announced that the Galaxy Home would be coming in April. That window has already passed, and there’s still no product in sight. Now a new report coming from South Korea claims that the Galaxy Home will finally be taking the center stage in the third quarter of this year.
