Anyone here ever tried to order at Samsung's Online Store? Did it work for you? I can't place my order because I am not receiving the sms for the one-time password (OTP) that is needed. I have tried 2 mobile phone numbers but neither are receiving the OTP sms.
I had no problems with OTP sms in other websites like Gmail.
Higly appreciate it if anyone can help.
EDIT: Everything's okay now! I contacted their customer service twice and they finally fixed it ❤
