if your device is running Pie, then you should be observing the same under settings -> notifications.

I agree. You should be able to disable the account but you can only remove the account.

My mistake. I thought you whet trying to disable the Samsung account instead you have a notification issue

No. my a50 shows the slider switch. I have never seen x's on notification like yours.
