Hello, My front load March 2017 Washing machine from Samsung has a soap dispenser that is STUCK. I have just learned rather too late I needed to clean this dispenser. I am hoping to avoid a service call. Anyone have any advice? Best, Kay
Unfortunately I'm no expert on washing machines, but you can try removing the top cover by unscrewing it in the back, then sliding it backwards and lifting it off. This should allow you to access the plastic detergent drawer and troubleshoot why it's stuck.
Alternatively, you could buy a new dispenser part—that's guaranteed to fix the issue 😉
