Samsung weather app/widget

Please see my attached screenshot. The Samsung weather app always reports temperatures much lower than actual. I have reported this to Samsung but they just send me canned responses. Please see the attached screenshot and see that the high today was -1 degrees Celsius and the low was -3 degrees Celsius yet somehow my app reports the current temperature is -21 degrees Celsius. I assure you it is not that cold in Hamilton Ontario Canada currently. Does anybody else have a problem with very inaccurate weather temperature reports?

When you click on it and a the app shows. Is the app still show -21C ?

Yes. Now - 19 deg but it is currently - 1 degree.

I think that is the wrong info from weather.com since Samsung is using Weather Channel for their weather apps.

Hi SonnyTheMoney,

Please try below steps and check if the issue gets resolved.

1. Delete the location from the weather app and re-add it.
2. Clear cache and data for weather app

Go to Settings>> Apps>> Tap on three dots at the top right>> Show system apps >> Weather >>Storage>> Clear Cache & Clear Data.

(Note: Clear Data will erase all the data of the App)
