They're level 13 actually. Active is tier 2 and you need to get past Beginner 10 first. This level system desperately needs to be leveled up

the reality of the situation is we know people like this exist. I dont think they should be removed. Odds are they've chosen their name in order to get a reaction. In some cases ignoring them is worst then removing them.
