Same thing happened to mine. The phone suddenly turned off and then the logo appeared. Got stuck in the logo screen for more or less 10 minutes.

What phone model? Did you update recently?

A30s po . opo nag update po ako kaso nagrerestart sya bigla tapos stock up sya logo ng samsung mga 10min. tapos non turn on nanaman yung cp ko. ginawa ko, nireformat ko tapos hindi na inupdate. natakot ako baka kung ano na.

The update might not have pushed through completely. If it happens again try this. Turn off your phone > Turn it on again and once it powers on wait for the Samsung Logo then Press Volume Up + Volume Down + Power
