free fire not suitable with j2 pro. either you upgrade new phone (a series or flagship) or play other games which use less power.

Perhaps your phone not supported to play that game. E.g. resolution, ram etc factors.

Since it may not supported then no choice but uninstall or upgrade to higher phone, S or Note series.
