Why can't we download other OS for our phones like oxygen OS or the OS for Huawei cellphones ?

You can if you root your phone but that's not for beginners and not as easy as it once was. Plus you lose things like Samsung pay if you root your phone. If you wanna learn more about this stuff go to www.xda.com that's the Holly Bible of android.
