Hindi ko po maintindihan. Nireformat ko po yung cp ko reason of sudden shutdown after 3 updates. Kahit nireformat ko pa po nag susudden shutdown parin po ng 10min. When I check my software update ito po yung lumalabas. Tanong lng po, is this already updated na po ba?

yup. it means it is update sa latest patch. eventually you will get the april update. depende sa model

yup there maybe anyodate na available kaso delay talaga dating nya due several factor lile country, sim provider, processor nya. hindi talag sabay sabay na update

as far as I know po, halos ng model ng samsung ngayon parehas po ng issue sakin after 3 updates . sudden shutdown po.

better off report mo na sa IT or derecho na sa service center i have read some news about nga na apektdo yung lower end phone ng restart issue.
