Does any one having a problem on data connection? A50s

I have 2 phone which i compared them

Huawei nova 5T

And samsung A50s

Same location

And the result

5T got 4g connection while a50s only on h+

Try set a network mode to your A50s by going to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode

Check your A50s specs if support 4G, LTE, 3G, 2G

Check your mobile data connection to your carrier by increasing the reception on your sim

I have the same concern. Note 9 used to have 3g/4g connection but now it can only achieve 2g/E.

I tested by transferring my SIM to another phone (S10) where it was able to connect at 4g. I already performed hard reset and connection remains at 2g/E.

Appreciate your inputs on what could be the problem (network or hardware) and suggestions on how to fix the problem. Thanks!
