I'm pretty sure it's already passed. At least the major if Tropical storm Dorian. Also normally hurricanes and tropical storms don't occur during the winter. majority of the time the hurricanes downgraded to a tropical storm (which is still bad)I believe theres really only been two hurricanes that's has hit land out east
