ui 2 update issue

Hello, does anyone exeriencing  issues with the new update? i updated my phone (using a20),  after weeks i cant touch my phone properly its hard to type and cant play properly anymore. Tried to soft/hard reset and get rid of my tempered its still **bleep**. Pls fix it thank you

idk if the weather do that my phonr because its too hot in the past few weeks or the ui 2 update. please help me i can't use it properly as of this moment.

try to put it on safe mode. if the function normalize. the issue may be cause by an app. if not you need to get in touch with tech support

i've tried to put it in safe mode. its still hard to touch. i think i'll wait for the nxt update. thanks anyway. sorry new to this.
