I certainly hope that Manitoba is well prepared. Reopening too early is asking for trouble. South Korea blew it that way, despite the fact they handled the first wave in an exemplary way... I know for sure my province is not ready to reopen due to various factors

very true! brandob manitoba has been hit pretty bad hitting 11 cases in 2 days after a cluster was found also Winnipeg is slowly starting to reopen but bad for brandon as its a smaller community and the government should be more better at following guide lines and not end up like most places

Why don't you use Google Translate ? It take 2 seconds...Pourquoi n'utilisez-vous pas Google Traduction ? Cela prend 2 secondes.

If someone could translate this text for the benefit of English speaking members, it would be greatly appreciated.

Reflection: Fear sometimes becomes our worst enemy when it comes to our lives. "Fear does not tell the truth" ... We must stop being afraid and especially governments stop scaring the world. What you experience in Manitoba is nothing compared to Montreal. We don't even know if the statistics are true. The majority of deaths are in people in residences for the elderly and ALL deaths are attributed to Covid-19 automatically because we do not perform an autopsy, we embalm more. 50% of small businesses are unlikely to reopen because they have exhausted their financial resources, even larger companies like Simmons or Reitmans will not pass through certain shopping centers. I say yes to people's health, but also financial health.

I am an accountant for small businesses and 30% of my clients do not…

Yes. Safety and precaution are the biggest priorities in testing times.
