my Samsung A30 can only detect one wifi network 
While my other phone detected 20 wifi hot spot around

Check the manage wifi networks that you have been there if you connect to your Wi-Fi in exact location. If you go near the Wi-Fi area, It will detect and connect. Try to reconnect it again the wifi network.
