My laptop model samsung NT910s5j ram is 8gb ddr3 so can i update 16gb ddr4.... Is that possible..????

That's not possible.
You need to buy a new laptop with ddr4 socket on the motherboard

DDR3 and DDR4 has totally different structure.
That's why you can't use any DDR4-type RAM on a motherboard with DDR3 RAM socket. 
Upgrading a RAM is possible (8 to 16) but using DDR4 RAM is not possible due to the fact above.
