Will we be getting the new live focus modes on the phones like S9+ and Note 9, through some kind of software update?

Both of this phone have live focus. Attached screenshot is of Note9. If you don't see that option, try clearing your camera's app data.

They will probably bring them with a security update or we'll have to wait until android Q.
