S9+ not software updating

My phone keeps saying can't connect to server for the software updates... anyone knows why this is happening?

If you want power off the cellphone and enter to Download modo ( Press Power button + Volume - and bixby button and hold down) and press volume up to continue. In current binary and system status should say "Samsung Official"
