If you haven't heard already, we're bringing in a mobile expert into the Members Canada community to answer any burning questions you might have about your Samsung mobile device! Our "Ask an Expert" session will be taking place on September 19th from 4-5PM EST.

My phone is FROZEN on the software update - no one with Samsung CS can help. Phone is 'glitchy' me NOT happy

Also, my updates were 'changed' to DATA by Samsung members last month and my data went through the roof! After digging, found out THIS app did it! How was THAT possible??
