Missing Benefits in Samsung Members App

In sure I'm not alone. Who else here cannot see a single offer in the Benefits section of the Samsung Members App?

I already tried clearing the cache, clearing the data, restarting the phone, reinstalling the app, and even updating my phone's software, but to no avail.

According to the chat agent, CBTL offers should already be visible. The chat agent advised me to do a factory reset, but that's way too much for a one day old S20 Ultra.

Anyone here who experienced the same issue and resolved it?

Got my benefits already just last week. I missed out on months of benefits. 😔

yes, for S20 okay na..but for Note 10 Lite users, still the same problem. 😢

yes, and Samsung cannot fix it for all users. i regret buying this phone.

as of now, July 23, issue on having a blank page under the Benefits tab (for Note 10 Lite users) has been fixed. i hope this will stay and will improve soon.

im A71 user here. i got same problem too.. 🤨 samsung pls do.something. if it is really a benefit for us getting your benefits... pls make this right this time. havent got any since feb 14 purchase.🤒☹😭

i should have a 1 year viu premium but its not on the benefits tab im using new a52 5g.. samsung doesnt care
