I've found that the best way to get in touch (Get a response) with the Moderators - Is to find one of their posts & click on the "reply" button.. Tagging anyone doesn't work anymore... unfortunately! 🤙

I think that you have to use a Web Browser to access direct messages - So sign into Samsung Members website.
