Hi there

I got 2 new S20 Fe 5S and while setting up I used same mobile number to review the Samsung verification code. Now I am not able to access promotion voucher in one of my mobile. I was so eager to be among the first 4500 to claim it.

Does anyone know how I can claim it. I tried Samsung help chat and currently in their help line.

today 12.30pm. I don't see the voucher under benefits
