I bought a Galaxy S20+ from Samsung's official online store in June 10, 2020. A promo for the Galaxy S20+/S20 Ultra was launched May 22, 2020 and is valid until June 30, 2020. However, upon claiming my free items from their website, they only showed me that the 128GB SD card is my only redeemable item and the Galaxy Buds was missing.
I've made contact with Samsung Redemption PH via email. They responded by saying that only Globe/Smart S20+ units was eligible for the free Galaxy Buds. HOWEVER, this was'nt stated in the promo's mechanics. The promo's mechanics states that a customer who buys a Galaxy S20+/ Galaxy S20 Ultra from ANY authorised dealership (Samsung Online Store included) shall get a free Galaxy Buds AND a 128GB memory. Samsung Redemption PH have'nt responded for days now after I my justification.
