No. Last was the upload proof of purchase email.

They said they cant promise by when we will get the next email but we will be notified if our redemption successful or not

I dont think so. Maybe they will still check our submission and theres possibility it getting rejected as well

They just said, the result might take longer than expected. so when you get the email not necessarily successful, it can be rejected as well..
