actually thats the beta program ,samsung launch that for limited time and for android 9 ...there is no such news for android 10 ..u an check that online ,that's really amazing

Unfortunately, Linux on DeX is shut down until February 2020, in Android 10 you can't use DeX for Linux, from now you can use DeX for Windows.
