Samsung Backup

Any idea of how I can recover my lost pictures stored in backup; chatroom isn't assisting and I don't know why?

Stored in what backup? You mean that Samsung Support Canada Chat is not willing to help - or can't help?

The Samsung backup, I was given same link twice but it only took me to members page.

I'm not sure what "link" you are referring to?
To access the Samsung Cloud backup - It should be - From your device - Settings - Accounts & Backup - Restore Data - Gallery...

I have gone through those steps but my camera pictures are not there; only pictures from my WhatsApp I got there.
