Since the update yesterday on the brand new 2 days old galaxy watch.. I am showing 5600 steps total on the phone but 280 on the watch. Yes I did not wear the watch for most of today.. Forgot at home. But wondering if this is how it's supposed to be? Or should the steps on the watch update to match the total in the health app? Hope I am making sense.
If that's how it's supposed to be.. It's cool. Just wasn't sure and couldn't find anything useful online either.
steps from the phone do not sync to the watch. I have been using the gear fit 2 for over a year and it has never updated the watch with the steps recorded from my phone. In samsung health you can display the steps from either your phone, watch or both.
